Dr. Wen's scholarship focuses broadly on how organizations develop operational capabilities
and respond to technological, competitive, and institutional change. His recent research
includes studies of promotional strategy and seller performance on e-commerce platforms,
operational agility across societal cultures, ESG implementation, quality and performance,
and artificial intelligence applications in complex project environments.
