Lisa Spencer has taught as a lecturer in the Craig School of Business, Department
of Management since 1990. Currently, she teaches Production and Operations Management.
In the past, she has taught a variety of other classes including MGT110 Principles
of Management and Organizational Behavior, MGT189T Ethics and MGT106 Organizational
Behavior. She writes several blog posts each month on current operations topics for
publisher McGraw-Hill's "OM in the News" website as a resource for instructors across
the country. She also researches and writes case studies on various local businesses
and other topics for publication and for use in her classes.
