Dr. Zhanna Sahatjian is an Associate Professor of Management at California State University, Fresno. She
received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University
of Oklahoma. Her research interests focus on ethical decision making in organizational
contexts, trust repair between leaders and subordinates, and the influence of emotions
in the workplace. Recently, her work has focused on pedagogical practices that may
enhance students’ ethical decision making and better prepare them to assume leadership
roles within organizations. She has published her work in such outlets as Academy of Management Learning & Education, Journal of Business Ethics, Organizational
Dynamics, Journal of Management History, Ethics & Behavior, Science and Engineering
Ethics, Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management, and the Journal of Empirical Research on Human Research Ethics. Beyond her academic work, Dr. Sahatjian works to provide professional training in
ethics, civility, and other related topics to organizations in the Central Valley.
