Andrew Keyes is an Assistant Professor of Management at California State University,
Fresno. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a major in Organizational
Behavior and Human Resources from Florida State University. His research interests
focus on perceptions of organizational policies and practices and attitudes towards
labor unions. Dr. Keyes's research has been published in academic journals including
Personnel Psychology and Economic and Industrial Democracy. Prior to entering academia,
Keyes worked in Human Resources and Labor Relations as a Senior Human Resources Business
Partner (HRBP) for CenturyLink (now Lumen Technologies).
