Janet Bitter has experiences in education, accounting, management and agriculture
for 16 years. She is an accountant in 7+ different industries (orthodontia, restaurant,
legal, clothing, nonprofit, music, travel, etc.). Bitter has been teaching Organizational
Behavior, for over 15 years at Fresno State where she has 300-550 students each semester.
Bitter educates students on course topics such as: perception, planning, strategy,
culture, conflict, negotiations, leadership and groups/teams.
Motivating the workforce, working in the virtual realm, and time management.
