Ms. Zhang's professional experience includes leading purchasing efforts in large-scale
retail corporations, managing customer service operations in financial institutions
and directing consumer-centric international marketing efforts in nonprofit associations.
Ms. Zhang had previously held positions as Divisional Merchandising Manager, Buyer
and Director of Marketing. Ms. Zhang is currently Senior Director, Global Marketing,
for a national agriculture trade organization and is responsible for directing its
public relations, advertising and trade activities in international markets among
other responsibilities.
Ms. Zhang received her MBA from the Marriott School of Business, Brigham Young University,
with distinction and holds a B.A. in English from Ocean University of China. Ms. Zhang
started teaching in the Craig School's undergraduate business programs since 2012
and has served as full-time faculty since 2018.
