Kamil Ciftci is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Decision Sciences at California State University, Fresno. He holds an M.E and a Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. His research interests include supply chain management, operations management in healthcare, business analytics and forecasting, applied operations research, and decision making under uncertainty.
