Per campus policy, University Dining Services is the exclusive food and beverage provider
for all events held on the Fresno State campus. If you would like to use an outside
caterer, a Food Waiver Request must be submitted to University Dining Services for review and approval at least
30 days prior to your event.
University Catering Resources
Insurance Requirements for Off-Campus Organizations
California State University, Fresno requires Certificates of Insurance of all vendors/contractors
that provide services on behalf of the campus. The vendor/contractor shall furnish
to the University prior to the commencement of work, an underwriter's Accord Form
of insurance stating that there is insurance presently in effect for the vendor/contractor
with the following limits:
- Liability Coverage: (comprehensive or commercial)
Minimum limits each occurrence $2,000,000, general aggregate $4,000,000.[JH1] Higher
limits may be required due to the nature of the event or the number of people in attendance.
A Certificate of Insurance must be provided showing specific information as to the
date and event for which the certificate is being issued.
- Employer Liability (commercial entities) $1,000,000
- Automobile Liability: Provide proof of coverage with the following limits:
- Private Individuals: liability of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per occurrence; property damage of $50,000
per occurrence.
- Commercial Entities: business automobile liability with a combined single limit not less than $1,000,000
per occurrence.
- Workers' Compensation: as required under California State Law
Insurance shall be placed with insurers with a current A.M. Best rating of no less
than A:VII.

The University Business Center is located adjacent to Parking Lots P5 and P6, making
it easy for attendees to access the building. We recommend parking in either lot for
the most convenient access. Please refer to the Fresno State Campus Parking Map to locate parking areas before your visit.
Event hosts also have the option to sponsor attendee parking. Upon request, the University
Business Center can coordinate a parking code or event-specific parking link through
Fresno State Parking Services. Event hosts will be billed after the event based on
the number of parking permits used.
Visitor Parking
All vehicles parked on the Fresno State campus must display a valid parking permit.
Visitors are permitted to park in designated green parking lots at any time and in
designated yellow parking lots after 6:00 p.m
