Solving the Tough Entrepreneurial Puzzle High School Program

Overview

The STEP program was designed to develop students’ entrepreneurial mindset, get them to think, and engage them with the content through fun and relevant activities that help them launch their business enterprise or social movement venture. Understanding the changing face of business, the curriculum addresses crowd-sourcing strategies, on-line marketing, and social media tactics. As part of the program students work on their business idea and develop a slide deck for their pitch. They also compete with their classmates for the opportunity to pitch their idea at Fresno State in front of a panel of judges in the final round and receive prizes.
