International Student Scholars Program

Purpose

The International Student Scholars Program offers selected overseas students an opportunity to attend Fresno State for a semester or an academic year.  Students in this program have access to all that Fresno State has to offer and provide a great location from which to explore California and the West Coast of the United States.  All course work is accredited by the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business and transferring your credit back to your home university is usually arranged.

Our International Student Scholars Program have field trips and social events to help acclimate them to life and studies in the United States.  This program is a way to offer students from partner schools the benefits of Fresno State, without the cost or the commitment associated with being a degree-seeking international student.  Come to Fresno State and transfer your coursework back to your home university, or use the scholar program as a great way to test out Fresno State to determine if you want to seek your degree here.  If you decide to go home after a semester, a year, or if you end up graduating from Fresno State, we are sure that you will never forget your time in this program!
