Mr. Yonker is Lecturer in the Department of Finance and Business Law.  After Mr. Yonker graduated from New York University School of Law, he was admitted to the Bar in the states of New Jersey and New York, and practiced law in New York City for approximately 17 years.  He concentrated in the areas of New York City real estate litigation, as well as general commercial litigation.  Having grown up in Fresno, Mr. Yonker returned in 2015, and began teaching at Fresno State in 2016.  In addition to courses in the Craig School of Business, Mr. Yonker teaches in the Department of Criminology at Fresno State.
