• Subject line: Department Name (i.e., ISDS)
• Body of email: Student ID number
• If you are having trouble registering for classes, include screenshots of any error messages you receive.

To register for IS 187, follow the registration process below 

Registration for IS187 is on a first-come, first-served basis. Complete your application as soon as possible.

IS 187 Registration Instructions

1. Register for all other remaining classes for your degree. IS187 is open only to graduating seniors.
2. Once you have registered for all other remaining courses, complete the IS187 application form. 
3. After you complete the application form, ISDS will review it and verify that you are graduating at the end of the semester you are registering for (i.e., December 2026)
   • If you meet the requirements, we will issue a permission number to you via email by the last day of instruction of the current semester (i.e., May 6, 2026)5. Permission numbers are not transferable and should be used within 24 hours
   • If you do not meet the requirements, you will be placed on a waitlist. Space permitting, remaining permissions may be issued.
