Extra Room Fees:
A $50 service charge for pre- and post-preparation and cleaning is added to every
reservation.
An additional $50/hour service fee will apply to any services required outside business
hours.
Insurance Requirements for Off-Campus Organizations
California State University, Fresno requires Certificates of Insurance of all vendors/contractors
that provide services on behalf of the campus. The vendor/contractor shall furnish
to the University prior to the commencement of work, an underwriter's Accord Form
of insurance stating that there is insurance presently in effect for the vendor/contractor
with the following limits:
Liability Coverage: (comprehensive or commercial)
Minimum limits each occurrence $2,000,000, general aggregate $4,000,000. Higher limits
may be required due to the nature of the event or the number of attendees. A Certificate
of Insurance must be provided showing specific information as to the date and event
for which the certificate is being issued.
Employer Liability (commercial entities) $1,000,000
Automobile Liability: Provide proof of coverage with the following limits:
Private Individuals: liability of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per occurrence; property damage of $50,000
per occurrence.
Commercial Entities: business automobile liability with a combined single limit not less than $1,000,000
per occurrence.
Workers' Compensation: as required under California State Law
Insurance shall be placed with insurers with a current A.M. Best rating of no less
than A:VII.
